*Purchases online over $100 will be delivered free (drop off only) Monday to Friday in the Perth metro area, Saturday delivery will be $85.00 extra if required, Homewares (only homewares appliances) can be delivered Australia wide and for everything else, we offer a Perth Metropolitan delivery. ** Please note all large (Fridges, washers etc) deliveries that have more then 2 steps will require an additional driver to attend the drop off. This will incur a $35 delivery charge. Please make us aware on purchase that an additional staff member will be required to attend.
Online Orders- Please check availability prior to ordering
Please be aware that there are some items that are not on hand at Kambo’s and will need to be ordered in. In this case there is typically a 2-3 day delay providing that the supplier has them on hand in WA. If the product is outside WA there may be a 7-10 day delay. If you require your order immediately please call Kambo’s online and check availability prior to ordering, if you order your product prior to checking availability there will be no refunds given.

Shipping Rates and Details
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable. You can request a specific delivery day which we will endeavour to meet, however depending on location this time may need to be adjusted. You can follow your delivery online using a 'Track and Trace' service.
Australia Post's eParcel service or Kambo's own Couriers will deliver your parcel during normal business hours. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by Australia Post for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
How much will your delivery cost?
Delivery charges will be based 'per order' so you are not charged for each individual item inside your order.
If your order is oversized or outside Perth Western Australia metropolitan area, it will be priced on application.
Can you request a delivery time or day?
Kambo's will give you three options for delivery: business hours 9-5pm or after hours Saturday 9-4pm.
We deliver after hours and Saturday's in most metro areas; these deliveries are charged at a flat rate of $65 per order.
You can request a delivery day on the checkout page that we will endeavour to meet, however, depending on your location this time may need to be adjusted.
Due to our high volume our deliveries are on a set run and therefore it is not possible to request specific times.
Even though at Kambo's, we take pride in the care we take with packing all of our internet and phone orders, sometimes, accidents or errors happen. Notification of faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for. Should your parcel contain a damaged or faulty item, Kambo's will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. At present, estimated dispatch time is 3 to 10 business days.
Homewares can be delivered Western Australia wide. For everything else, we offer a Perth Metropolitan delivery. If you live outside the Perth Metro or Western Australia please contact a friendly KOL staff member to discuss your delivery options. KOL@kambos.com.au or 08 9208 7590.

* Perth Metropolitan delivery service* for 'MEDIUM + LARGE' categories and Service Options conditions are for Perth Metropolitan areas only: Customer must disclose if there are stairs or small doorways prior to delivery. Rubbish will only be collected on Gold option. All mounted products and their brackets are not included and must be quoted on-site. Cables, powerboards etc are not included. Installation refers to connecting to existing services is power, aerials etc.
Delivery conditions for Perth Metropolitan areas only: Please note that if two men are needed an extra cost of $35 will be incurred. Delivery can only occur where there is reasonable access. We do not drop off any goods under any circumstances unless someone is home to sign. Connection of fridges to water supply is not included.
