How to register with Club Kambo's

 

APPLICATION

  1. Come into Kambo’s and talk to one of our friendly sales staff, complete your Application Form and return it to our front desk.
  2. Within 48hours you will receive an email advising your log in and password details.

LOG IN TO KAMBOS CLUB

  1. Go to: www.kambos.com.au
  2. Enter your log in details and password.
  3. Click on “My offers” to check the offers available.
  4. Click on “Download” to view the offer in more detail.

CHANGING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

  1. Go to: www.kambos.com.au
  2. Enter your log in details and password.
  3. Click on “My personal details”.
  4. Update your details and click on “Edit”.

FAQ’s
How will I know when there are Events and Hot Offers happening?  Club Kambo’s will send an email to Members Only regarding Events and Hot Offers and they will also be available on the website for you to check regularly.

Does it cost anything? No.  Club Kambo’s has been introduced for customers to participate and receive bonus gifts and invites to special events … it’s our gift to you for being a special and important customer!

Why do you need my Birth Date? This section is not mandatory however it’s your special day so why not let us celebrate it with you.

Can I get discount on my Club Kambo’s Card?  The Club Kambo’s Card is a privilege card and not a discount card.   There will be specific days that we will offer a discount to Club Kambo Members and you will be advised accordingly via email.

Do I have to give my email address? Club Kambo’s has been introduced as strictly an email service only.  As well as being cost effective, we’re doing our bit to be green and paperless is the way to go!

Can family members use my card? You can allow anyone to use your card however why not ask them to join Club Kambo’s also?


What if I lose my card?  As your card does not need a signature or have a photo anyone will have access to our VIP nights or bonus gifts so if you do lose your card, please come in and see us and we will de-activate your membership and re-issue you with a new card.
