Delivery Charges
Please note there is an additional $55 Special Delivery Charge should we require a second person to attend the delivery. Some reasons that will require an additional person are:
- Stairs-If our delivery driver needs to take your item up more then 2 stairs.
- Floor Boards- If you have floor boards in the room the product is being delivered to. (second person required to ensure no damage occurs to them)
- No Paved Access-If you have sand out the fron of the house and no paving access to the residence for the delivery trolley.
- Door Access- Please also note access requirements (Doors wide enough)
- Missed Delivery Charge- please be aware a $45 charge will occur if our drivers need to make a second trip out to your premises should for some reason you not be at the premises for the first arranged delivery.
