DELIVERY INFORMATION

Free Delivery Terms & Conditions*

• Online purchases over $100 will be delivered free (drop off only) Monday to Friday. To qualify for free delivery, the delivery address needs to be within the Perth metro area, unless otherwise stated.  Eparcels exceeding 12KG and being delivered outside of Metro WA will incur a postage fee.

• Saturday delivery will be $85.00 extra if required.

• Please note large items (fridges, washers, etc.) to be required to go up more than 2 steps. This will require an additional delivery driver and incur a fee of $55 (please advise us if there are stairs at the premises and if these stairs have tight and narrow bends/curves).

• You may request a day for delivery on check out we will endeavour to meet, however, depending on your location this time may need to be adjusted.

• Our Delivery drivers will Call you 30 Minutes before their arrival.

• Someone must be home to accept delivery and sign the goods. If no one is present on the date of delivery you may be required to pay for a re-delivery of the items.

• A five-hour time frame will be provided for delivery although this cannot be guaranteed.

• Adequate and safe access must be available to deliver the goods you have purchased, including adequate appropriate coverings for protection on flooring.

• Please note packaging and wrapping materials are the responsibility of the customer and will be left at the premises unless otherwise stated.

** We can provide services to unpack and install some items. Please contact us on 9200 1390 for further details.

• Some items on the Website are not available on hand at Kambos and will need to be ordered in. In this case there is typically a 2-3 day delay providing that the supplier has them on hand in WA. If the product is outside WA there may be a 7-10 day delay.

• Please note there is an additional $55 Delivery Charge should we require a second person to attend the delivery. Some reasons that will require an additional person are:

Stairs - If the delivery driver needs to take your item up more than 2 steps. (Please note a further charges will apply for more than 2 flights of stairs)
Floorboards - If there are floorboards in the room the product is being delivered to (a second person is required to ensure no damage occurs to them).
No Paved Access - If you have sand out the front of the house and no paving access to the residence for the delivery trolley.
Door Access - Please also note access requirements (i.e. doors wide enough). If required, we can unpack the product to fit through the door, however an additional charge will be incurred. This is up to the discretion of the customer.

**Delivery outside of Perth metro- No delivery is available for large products (Whitegoods, Large TVs outside the Perth metro area unless located in our free delivery postcodes in the southwest of Western Australia.

**South West Delivery: Kambo's Harvey will gladly deliver to selected postcodes in the Southwest of Western Australia between Pinjarra and Busselton. Please feel free to Call Dave's Kambo's on (08) 9729 2768 to check your delivery location and or stock availability.

Browse online and pick up in-store! You can elect to pick-up your goods from your nearest Kambo's store.

Click & Collect is currently available at 2 of our locations during business hours Monday to Saturday.

Only homewares and small appliances can be delivered Australia wide. For all other products, we offer delivery to the Perth metropolitan area.

Delivery Details

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

You can follow your delivery online using a ‘Track and Trace' service.

Australia Post's eParcel service or Kambo's own couriers will deliver your parcel during normal business hours. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by Australia Post for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

**Delivery outside of Perth metro- No delivery is available for large products (Whitegoods, Large TVs outside the Perth metro area)

**Please note we do not deliver to Parcel Lockers


Delivery Times

Kambo's will give you two options for delivery: business hours 9-4pm or after hours Saturday 9-4pm.

You can request a delivery day on the checkout page that we will endeavour to meet, however, depending on your location this time may need to be adjusted.

Due to our high volume of online orders, we can only offer AM (9am – 12pm) and PM 1pm – 4pm) time slots. We will give a more specific ETA on the day of delivery and call 30 minutes before arrival.


Returning A Delivery

At Kambo's, we take special care in the process of packing and delivering all of our internet orders. However, we accept that from time to time, accidents or errors occur.

Notification of faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for.

Should your parcel contain a damaged or faulty item, Kambo's will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner.

Delivery Service Options

Perth Metropolitan Service Options for ‘MEDIUM + LARGE' categories:

Customer must disclose if there are stairs, small doorways or no paved access prior to delivery.

Rubbish will only be collected on Gold option.

All mounted products and their brackets are not included and must be quoted on-site.

Cables, power boards, etc. are not included.

Installation refers to connecting to existing services is power, aerials etc.

Connection of fridges to water supply is not included.

Dishwasher Delivery and Installation Conditions

Dishwashers can only be installed to standard dishwasher recesses and to existing fittings that have been correctly installed to Australian standards.

• Water outlets must be located at a height that will allow anti flood connections (where fitted) to be connected.

• Additional work and Installation of an integrated/semi-integrated dishwasher door will incur additional charges.

• Delivery and Installation offer only available to metro area only.

• Please note Jobs that have 2 or more steps may require 2 people to complete. In this case a charge of $80 will need to be paid.

• Please note there is an additional $80 Delivery Charge should we require a second person to attend the delivery. Some reasons that will require an additional person are:

Stairs - If the delivery driver needs to take your item up more than 2 steps. (Please note a further charges will apply for more than 2 flights of stairs)
Floorboards - If there are floorboards in the room the product is being delivered to (a second person is required to ensure no damage occurs to them).

EXTRAS INSTALLATION COST SHEETS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST


Air Conditioner All Installed Standard Installation includes:

• 2 meters of pipework and 15 meters of electrical cable.

• Based on single storey home with easy access, back to back with the outdoor unit sitting on solid, stable ground.

• Site must be structurally and electrically sound, free of asbestos and hazardous material. Jobsite unseen by Kambos.

• Unit has been sized by the customer, onus is on customer for selecting the correct size.

• Onus is on licenced installer regarding suitability of that air conditioner. Installation is at the discretion of the installer as well as any additional costs outside of what is included in a standard installation.

• Onus is on customer to follow through with any promotions, redemptions, gifts or cashbacks offered by the manufacturer, through the manufacturer as per the terms and conditions laid out by the manufacturer

Please note during peak periods installation bookings may take 2 to 3 weeks.

Standard Appliance Installation:

• Unpack and Connection of Fridges can be performed. Please note we do not connect plumbed fridges into a water source. A licenced Plumber is recommended for this job - click here for details.

• Unpack and Connection of Dryers can be performed. Please note Our delivery driver cannot attached your dryer to the wall or install mounting kits to other appliances. 

• Unpack and Connection of Washers can be performed. Our drivers can unpack and connect the water and power to existing fittings that have been correctly installed to Australian standards.

 

Standard Gas Installation:

GAS COOKTOP

*Standard installation of a gas cooktop is replacing existing cooktop in same legal position with same dimensions (no modifications of bench top included).
Including:
- Labour
- 1m of 15mm copper pipe
- Gas permit
- Pressure test consumer gas line
- Commission appliance

FREE STANDING GAS STOVE
*Standard installation of a free standing gas stove is replacing existing stove in same legal position (no modifications to cupboard included)
Including:
- Labour
- Gas isolation valve
- 900mm gas flexi hose
- 1m of 15mm copper pipe
- Secure chain
- Gas permit
- Pressure test consumer gas line
- Commission appliance

BUILT IN GAS OVEN
*Standard installation of a gas oven is replacing existing gas oven in same legal position (no modifications to cupboard included)
Including:
- Labour
- Gas isolation valve
- 900mm gas flexi hose
- 1m of 15mm copper pipe
- Gas permit
- Pressure test consumer gas line
- Commission appliance

HEATER /BBQ (GAS LINE)
*Installation of a gas bayonet point for inside or outside use. Vents NOT included for inside use (Single story/tiled roof). Installation price of bayonet points vary due to metres of copper pipe installed, with the installation of bayonets best option would be site visit.

- Bayonet
- 8m of 15mm copper pipe
- Gas permit
- Test consumer gas line 

FRIDGE INSTALLATION (WATER LINE)
*Standard installation of a fridge water line is teeing into the cold water feed under the kitchen sink and running the refrigeration tube through the cupboards. Installation price of fridge water line may vary due to the location of the fridge in the household.
Including:
- Labour
- 1m of 15mm copper pipe
- 15mm water isolation ball valve
- Pressure limiting valve
- 6m of refrigeration tube

Removal of Appliances:

Removal of Fridges, Washers, Dryers can be performed providing the appliance has been disconnected and is not fixed to walls or integrated into cupboards at an additional cost.

The $55 Delivery Charge is not limited to just the above reasons. Please make us aware on purchase that an additional staff member will be required to attend. If unsure about your delivery, please feel free to contact us 9200 1390 and we will advise accordingly.

Missed Delivery Charge - please be aware a $55 Delivery Charge will occur if our drivers need to make a second trip out to your premises should for some reason you not be at the premises for the first arranged delivery.


Order Costs

Delivery charges will be based ‘per order’ so you are not charged for each individual item inside your order.

If your order is oversized or outside Perth metropolitan area, it will be priced on application.
